These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the course training and any related materials (the “Training”). By purchasing and participating in the Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Training.
- Scope of Training
The Training is provided for the sole purpose of educating and informing you about the subject matter covered. The Training is not a substitute for professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Training for your needs.
- Payment and Refunds
Because of the nature of the training (videos), the Training is non-refundable. Payment for the Training is due in full at the time of purchase. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the Training, failure to complete the Training, or failure to pass any exams or assessments associated with the Training.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Training, including but not limited to the course materials, videos, and any related materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Training for your personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Training without our prior written consent.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Training is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Training or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Training. We do not warrant that the Training will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Training, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Training will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Training after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Training and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
